I booked this hotel last minute and the staff was incredible. Kind and helpful. I will definitely be booking again. Update: here for the second time and it's just as clean and nice as the first time!
This is the best hotel in Oswego! The staff is amazing. The rooms are so clean and housekeepers are polite and always on time! Managers are great ! I just love the atmosphere here
Fantastic beds and shower head! An excellent Desk crew. The coffee is always fresh and the cookies are warm. An excellent outdoor patio to enjoy. Centrally located. There are great breakfast options elsewhere.
My husband and son stayed there 3 nights. If I could have given 10 stars for the cusomter service that they received I would. A huge shout out the Gm (Jackie) running this hotel and for her acts of kidness above and beyond. I love giving credit where credit is due. so thank you all again for taking care of my family while they were on the road. Kelly,
Everything went well except the room smelled a bit musty. There were stains in the hallway carpet. Could have used a bit more of a deeper clean, but overall okay stay. Customer service was helpful.
Nice room. A little pricey. Comp breakfast only a 2-3. Plenty of amenities that I didn't have time to ise.
Great location right next to the Speedway, close to SUNY Oswego and plenty of food options in walking distance and a short drive. Staff was friendly and helpful, one suggestion is more luggage carts. They had a total of 3 but none of them where in the lobby when I arrived or when I left. Other than that, the hotel was clean and pet friendly too. Quiet location, unless the races are going on in the summer. Like to bowl, there is a bowling alley right across the street an easy 1minute walk.
The customer service was great! Upon getting to our room, we noticed some maintenance issues, the room was clean otherwise. My husband went to the desk to see if they had another comparable room. Sheila was working at the front desk...she immediately found us a different room and offered complimentary water and snacks for the inconvenience. The pool area was immaculate. My kids loved swimming, and since we were there midday on a Tuesday, they had the pool to themselves for quite awhile. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen with microwave and dishwasher is always a plus as well. Breakfast was great with kid friendly options (cereal, waffles, French toast). There were outdoor areas to grill, but we did not use them. It was quiet and overall a great stay!
